Pressure vessels (including large tonnage and 25’+ diameter)
We design and build pressure vessels to ASME Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, with the code stamps and quality systems your projects require. Our shop is equipped for very large fabrications—heavy wall, high tonnage, and diameters beyond twenty-five feet when the job demands it.
Engineering coordination, documented welding procedures, and full NDT and hydrostatic testing are integrated into every build so equipment arrives ready for service.
API tanks and cylinders
We fabricate API-specification storage tanks, bullets, and pressure cylinders for hydrocarbon service, industrial gases, and related applications. Material selection, joint details, and inspection plans follow the applicable API standards and your owner specifications.

Custom steel and alloy fabricating
Beyond standard vessel work, we produce custom steel and alloy fabrications for demanding service: stainless and high-nickel alloys, chrome-moly, duplex, aluminum, and other grades per your metallurgical requirements.

Cyclones, skids, and duct work
We build process hardware that ties plants together: cyclones and separation equipment, modular skids, and large-bore ducting and breeching with the tolerances and weld quality your P&IDs expect.
Shop assembly and fit-up reduce field risk; we can coordinate lifting, shipping, and field installation support when your schedule is tight.
Vessel internals
Tray rings, supports, distributors, packing retainers, and other internal components are fabricated and installed to drawing, often as part of a turnkey vessel delivery.
Close coordination between fitting, welding, and quality ensures internals align with nozzle orientation, level settings, and field access requirements before the vessel leaves our shop.
Field work, maintenance, and repair
Our crews support turnarounds, capital projects, and emergency repairs in the field: vessel modifications, overlay and weld repair, nozzle additions, and maintenance welding where site conditions demand experienced hands.
When uptime is on the line, we work with your operations and inspection teams to plan access, welding environments, and testing so work is completed safely and to code.
